S.I.M Sessions
Symbiotic Interactive Mirroring
These sessions are a joint venture between Revised Equestrian and Jamie Watkins of Craniosacral Energy Healing. In our joint craniosacral sessions, both horse and human are supported by two dedicated practitioners — one focusing on the horse, the other on the human. This allows each being to receive individualized attention while sharing the same healing space. The practitioners work in quiet collaboration, attuned not only to their individual clients but also to the subtle communication flowing between horse and rider.
Because of the deep bond between horses and their humans, it’s common for physical or emotional patterns to mirror one another — a tense shoulder in the rider may correspond with tightness in the horse’s neck; emotional stress in one can reflect in the other’s behavior. By addressing both simultaneously, we create space for shared release, balance, and renewed harmony within the partnership.
These sessions are not only about physical alignment, but about strengthening trust, communication, and energetic connection. As both nervous systems settle, horse and human often find a new sense of ease — moving together with greater understanding, presence, and flow.
Who is it for?
Truly anyone wanting to better understand the dynamic between horse and rider will gain something from this experience. Because of the gentle nature of craniosacral, there are very few individuals who cannot safely experience this modality. If you have any concerns for yourself, contact Jamie in advance of booking so she can give you a better idea of what is appropriate for you.
For those that have never experienced Craniosacral work before, or it has been a while, it can be helpful to have a human-only Cranio session with Jamie in advance of your SIM session. The horses greatly amplify the energetics of these sessions and we have found that we get the most out of sessions where the human has recently had their own session. This is not required, just suggested so that you can get the most out of the experience!
What you need in order to get the most out of your session:
Choose a horse that you feel connected to. While some horses are willing to highlight things for a person they aren't strongly connect with, the truly deep sessions are always when the horse and rider have a genuine connection. If you have multiple horses and need help choosing the right one, we are happy to advise.
A quiet space near an open area. It is important to have the horse able to receive its session nearby where the human session is taking place.
For the human, we suggest shaded or covered location, as far from commotion as possible.
For the horse, a safe space clear of obstacles about 15'x15' or biggerFor safety, we suggest some kind of barrier between horse and human such as a fence or doorway.
While horses tend to fully step into the healing space of these sessions, they are still large animals and the human participant is in a vulnerable position so we feel that precautions are worthwhile.
Pricing:
SIM sessions are $300 per session, with each session taking about 60min

For single horse/humans only. If multiple people in one barn are interested, please find a day with enough availability to accommodate everyone. The dates listed are days we are able to service multiple barns in one day. Groups of 3+ (minimums vary by location) can contact us directly to schedule on a date not listed as available.
